Directions for Use

• Morning Routine: After cleansing, apply Liquid Peptides Advanced MP (optional) to face, neck and décolletage. Follow with a liberal amount of Daily Radiance Vitamin C SPF 30 blended evenly across face, neck and décolletage.
• Evening Routine: After cleansing, apply Liquid Peptides Advanced MP (optional) to face, neck and décolletage. Follow with 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal 3 over face and neck. Allow to absorb, then apply your moisturiser.
• Phase-In Approach for Crystal Retinal 3: For new users of vitamin A, gradually phase-in application to enable your skin to build up tolerance. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night.
• Always use Daily Radiance Vitamin C SPF 30 (or another broad-spectrum sunscreen) the morning after using Crystal Retinal 3, as vitamin A increases sun sensitivity.
