Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 and Portulaca Pilosa extract in the product are collagen-stimulating peptides and botanical blends that instigate the synthesis of multiple extracellular matrix proteins to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while increasing lip volume.
