Shipping policy

Available delivery options are next day, express and standard of which all can be chosen at checkout. Please note not all brands may be eligible for some of these options. In these instances delivery timescales will be shown on the product and checkout page. When an order is placed where there are multiple products items may be delivered separately and at different times ensuring that expedited items will be delivered first. For brands exempt from next day and express delivery please see below.

All orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Any items ordered after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday excluding bank holidays.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated. We aim to deliver your order in line with the delivery option chosen at checkout, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.

If your order contains more than one product and we are awaiting stock of one of them, your items may be sent out separately, or your order may be sent together once the new stock arrives, which is usually within 72 hours. 

In the unlikely event that there will be an unexpected delay in delivery of an order you will be contacted and the offer of a full refund given.

Skinceuticals: 4-7 day delivery
