Shipping policy
Available delivery options are next day, express and standard of which all can be chosen at checkout. Please note not all brands may be elegible for some of these options. In these instances delivery timescales will be shown on the product and checkout page. When an order is placed where there are multiple products items may be delivered separately and at different times ensuring that expedited items will be delivered first. For brands exempt from next day and express delivery please see below.
All orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Any items ordered after 12pm on a friday will be dispatched on a monday excluding bank holidays.
Please note that all delivery times are estimated. Whilst we always strive to ensure that your order reaches you in line with our regular delivery times, we’d like to make you aware that retailers industry-wide are experiencing an uplift in delayed orders. This is due to suppliers and manufactures struggling to obtain raw ingredients and import products. We’d like to reassure you that your positive experience is important to us and we aim to have your order with you as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that there will be an unexpected delay in delivery of an order you will be contacted and the offer of a full refund given.
