Returns

We want you to love your skincare. If something isn't quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging unless agreed with us prior to the return request.

To start a return, please sign in to your account using the link below. Find the order containing the item(s) you'd like to return, click "Request return," select your item(s) and a reason, and submit your request.

You don't need a password — we'll email you a one-time 6-digit code to sign in. This works for guest checkouts too. If you've used Shop Pay before, sign in with Shop for the fastest access.

Please allow a few minutes for the code to arrive. If it hasn't appeared in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder — some email providers can take a little longer to deliver sign-in codes. If you still can't find it, please email us and we'll help you get signed in.

We'll review your request within 24 hours (often sooner). Once approved, we'll email you a link to our returns portal.

Please pack up your item and include a note of your order number inside the parcel.

Once we have received your item and it has undergone checks and we are satisfied that the item is unopened and unused (unless agreed with us prior), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Once this has been initiated you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Please allow 5–7 working days for this to reach your account.
