FAQS
Are Comfort Zone Hydra & Glow Ampoules good for dry, dehydrated skin? +

Yes - this is exactly what they were designed for. Polyglutamic acid helps the skin hold on to moisture while the niacinamide and NAG illuminating complex supports a brighter look, and in the brand's clinical testing 95% felt their skin was more hydrated. The brand recommends them for dry skin in particular.

How do I open and use the ampoules? +

Fit the supplied droplet counter over the top of the glass vial and snap it open along the pre-cut ring. Place the counter on the open neck, press gently to release around half the contents into your palm, and dab over face, neck and chest. Use the remaining half for your second application that day, then follow with your usual serum and cream.

How long does one box last? +

Each box contains seven 2ml vials, and each vial is designed for one day - half in the morning, half in the evening. One box is a complete seven-day intensive course.

Can I use these ampoules with my existing skincare routine? +

Yes. Apply the ampoule to clean skin first, then layer your regular serum and moisturiser over the top. They are designed to boost the routine you already use rather than replace it.

Does niacinamide help with the appearance of dull skin? +

Niacinamide is a well-loved brightening ingredient, and here it is paired with N-acetyl glucosamine as an illuminating complex. In clinical testing of this formula, 100% reported brighter skin alongside improved softness and elasticity.

What is polyglutamic acid and how does it compare to hyaluronic acid? +

Polyglutamic acid (PGA) is a hydrating active produced by fermentation that behaves in a similar way to hyaluronic acid, helping the skin retain water so it looks plumper and feels softer and smoother.

When will I see results? +

Instantly and within a week. The formula delivers an immediate hydration boost, and the brand's clinical panel reported softer, more elastic and brighter skin after the full seven-day course.

Which skin types are these ampoules suitable for? +

They are particularly recommended for dry and dehydrated skin, and the lightweight, fragrance-free liquid layers comfortably as part of most routines. If your skin is very reactive, patch test first as you would with any new concentrate.

Is this product safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding? +

The formula is built around niacinamide, NAG and polyglutamic acid, with no retinoids or exfoliating acids - ingredients generally considered suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. As with any skincare at this time, we recommend showing the full ingredient list to your midwife or GP before use if you have any concerns.
