Apply 5 pumps (approximately ¼ teaspoon) to the face, avoiding the eye area, and a further 5 pumps to the neck and décolletage. This is the amount needed to achieve the full SPF 30 protection stated on the packaging. Reapply every 2 hours if you are in direct sunlight, and reapply throughout the day as needed for continued protection.
