• Cleanse skin thoroughly in the evening
• Apply 2 pumps to face and neck, avoiding the eye area
• Allow to absorb fully before applying moisturiser
• Follow with Advanced Night Restore or your preferred night cream
• Apply SPF 30+ every morning (vitamin A increases sun sensitivity)

Phase-In Schedule (New Users)

• Weeks 1-2: Apply twice per week
• Weeks 3-4: Apply every other night
• Week 5 onwards: Apply every night
• Note: If moving up from a lower Crystal Retinal strength, no phase-in required
