Is the skin consultation really free?

Yes. The consultation is complimentary and there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards. It is there to help you choose skincare with confidence.

How does the skin consultation work?

Choose a 30-minute appointment and answer a few short questions about your skin when you book. We then telephone you at your chosen time on the number you give us.

What will you ask me when I book?

Your name and contact details, your age, your skin type, your main skin concerns, your current skincare routine, any allergies, and anything else you would like us to know. It helps us prepare so your time is spent on advice.

Who will I speak to?

Your consultation is with Becci (Rebecca Holland RGN DipHE INP), a registered aesthetics nurse who trained on Harley Street and has more than two decades of experience in specialist skincare and medical aesthetics.

Which skincare brands can you recommend?

We advise across the cosmeceutical brands we stock, including Medik8, SkinCeuticals, iS Clinical and HydroPeptide. Recommendations are based on your skin and your budget, not on any one brand.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to one hour beforehand. If you have any trouble, contact us and we will sort it out for you.

How far ahead do I need to book?

Appointments need to be booked at least 12 hours in advance, and you can book up to 90 days ahead.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is cosmetic skincare advice about products and routines. If you have a medical concern about your skin, please speak to your GP or pharmacist.
