Is the Find Your Routine skincare quiz free?

Yes. The quiz is completely free and there is no obligation to buy. You can untick any product you do not want before adding the rest to your basket.

Which brands does the quiz recommend?

It chooses from the professional skincare brands we stock as an authorised UK stockist, including Medik8, SkinCeuticals, iS Clinical, IMAGE Skincare, PCA Skin, HydroPeptide, Neostrata and more.

How does the AI choose my products?

It uses your answers on age, skin type, concerns, current products and budget, plus your photo if you add one, and follows routine rules written by our registered nurse – vitamin C and SPF by day, treatments such as vitamin A at night.

Is it safe if I am pregnant or have a skin condition?

The quiz asks safety questions first. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, using prescription skincare or have a skin condition being treated, it will not build a routine and will point you to a free consultation with our nurse instead.

What happens to my photo?

Adding a photo is optional. It is used only to make cosmetic observations for your routine and is not saved by the quiz.

Do I get a free gift?

Yes. When the products you choose come to £50 or more, you get a free Medik8 travel size, picked to complement your routine. You can swap it for another travel size if you prefer.

Can I speak to a real person instead?
