Many Medik8 formulas come in airless packaging that protects the actives from light and air. A few tips from our clinic:
- Crystal Retinal tubes: if the pump stops dispensing, it is usually trapped air. Hold the pump pointing down, gently squeeze the base of the tube and work your hand upwards while pressing the pump.
- Airless pump bottles (such as C-Tetra Advanced and Liquid Peptides Advanced MP): prime with several firm presses, or turn upside down and tap gently on a hard surface.
