Yes. It is colourless, so it works as a hydrating base under lipstick or gloss. Apply it about fifteen minutes before your lip colour, finish the rest of your makeup, then wipe away any excess for a smooth canvas. It can also be reapplied during the day whenever lips feel dry.

Avocado, jojoba and meadowfoam seed oils deliver deep hydration, and shea and cocoa butters lock it in and help reduce moisture loss, so dry, chapped-feeling lips feel instantly softer and stay comfortable overnight. The current jar is 7ml, packaged in fully recyclable glass. HydroPeptide increased the size by 40% from the original 5ml jar, so if you have seen it listed as 5ml elsewhere that is the older packaging. Yes, a small amount of fragrance appears on the ingredient list. HydroPeptide screens every ingredient under its Clinically Clean standard, and the formula is RIPT allergy tested. If you are highly sensitive to fragrance, patch test on the inner lip line first.
