Morning & Evening - the first four products, in this order

• Cleanse - Bioglycolic Face Cleanser: gently massage onto dry skin to resurface and cleanse. Rinse thoroughly with a washcloth in lukewarm water and blot dry. Do not use as an eye make-up remover
• Rejuvenate - C-ESTA Face Serum: shake well before using. Apply sparingly to the entire face, neck and behind the ears
• Resurface - Bioclear Face Cream: apply sparingly to the entire face. To minimise sensitivity, start with one application daily, gradually increasing to morning and evening use
• Hydrate - Age Intervention Face Cream: apply sparingly over the entire face and neck

Morning Only - the final step

• Protect - Marini Physical Protectant Tinted SPF 30: apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
• Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours

Pro Tips

• Bioclear Face Cream: in week 1 apply in the morning only, then from week 2 apply morning and evening as tolerated. Start slowly for best acclimation and results
• Pump C-ESTA Face Serum directly into your palm so it does not slip between your fingers. If it does not dispense, shake the container vigorously and try again
• You need about 1 teaspoon of sunscreen to fully cover your face, neck and chest
• Wear SPF daily, even on cloudy days

• This system contains salicylic acid, and Age Intervention Face Cream contains plant isoflavones from red clover and soy. The brand does not publish pregnancy guidance for the system, so check with your midwife or GP before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding
