Morning & Evening - the first four products, in this order

• Cleanse - Bioglycolic Face Cleanser: gently massage onto dry skin to resurface and cleanse. Rinse thoroughly with a washcloth in lukewarm water and blot dry. Do not use as an eye make-up remover
• Rejuvenate - C-ESTA Face Serum: shake well before using. Apply sparingly to the entire face, neck and behind the ears
• Resurface - Bioclear Face Lotion: shake well before using. Apply sparingly to the entire face. To minimise sensitivity, start with one application daily, gradually increasing to morning and evening use
• Hydrate - Transformation Face Cream: apply sparingly over the entire face and neck

Morning Only - the final step

• Protect - Antioxidant Daily Face Protectant SPF 30: apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure, after Transformation Face Cream
• Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours

Pro Tips

• Pump C-ESTA Face Serum directly into your palm so it does not slip between your fingers. If it does not dispense, shake the container vigorously and try again
• Introduce Bioclear Face Lotion once a day for the first week and build up to morning and evening as your skin settles
• You need about 1 teaspoon of sunscreen to cover the face, neck and chest - wear it daily, even on cloudy days

• This system contains salicylic acid and a vitamin A derivative (retinyl palmitate), and the sunscreen uses chemical UV filters including oxybenzone. The brand does not publish pregnancy guidance for the system, so check with your midwife or GP before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding
