Morning & Evening - the five steps, in this order

• Cleanse - Exfoliating Cleanser: massage a small amount on damp face and neck, then rinse thoroughly
• Exfoliate - Exfoliating Polish: after cleansing, gently massage a small amount on damp face and neck and rinse. Start 2-3 times a week and build up to daily use; dry or sensitised skin may need less
• Tone - Complexion Renewal Pads: gently wipe one pad over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. No need to rinse
• Correct - Daily Power Defense: apply to clean, dry skin and allow to absorb
• Restore - Growth Factor Serum: after Getting Skin Ready, apply 1-2 pumps to the face and neck morning and evening

Morning Only - the final step

• Finish with a broad-spectrum SPF such as ZO Daily Sheer Broad Spectrum SPF 50 (sold separately); the exfoliating acids in this programme make daily sun protection essential

• New to acids? Use the pads once a day for the first two weeks, then build to morning and evening

Pregnancy Safety

• ZO does not run clinical testing on women who are pregnant or nursing and asks expectant or nursing mothers to consult their medical professional before use. The programme contains no retinol as such, but Daily Power Defense and Exfoliating Polish list retinyl palmitate (a vitamin A derivative), the pads contain glycolic and salicylic acids and Growth Factor Serum is a peptide and growth-factor serum, so please check with your midwife or GP before using it while pregnant or breastfeeding
