Is ZO Skin Health Calming Toner good for sensitive skin? +

It is made for it. ZO formulates Calming Toner for normal to dry and normal to sensitised skin: a pH-balanced, humectant-led formula with witch hazel and allantoin to soothe, and no drying alcohol. It is the toning step ZO recommends for skin that cannot tolerate acid pads.

Is Calming Toner the same as Calming Toner pH Balancer or Balatone? +

Yes. ZO confirms that Calming Toner and Calming Toner pH Balancer are one and the same product, the latter being the name used in older ZO materials. Before ZO unified its ranges in 2017 the toner was sold under the ZO Medical name Balatone, so if you were a Balatone user, this is the product to look for.

Does Calming Toner contain alcohol? +
